We had a great experience in this hotel. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The gentleman at the reception spoke good English and he had a welcoming smile. The female receptionist was kind and supportive when we needed help with buying a bus ticket. The location was central and convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel provided good facilities. We appreciated the staff letting us check out three hours after the usual check-out time without extra charge.

The hotel’s location is central and convenient, making it easy to explore the area. Both the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. the staff were pleasant and accommodating, with one member going above and beyond to assist with finding a bus ticket. free late check-out was offered as a kind gesture.
There was a lack of atmosphere due to the low number of guests at the hotel.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to key attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, particularly the receptionist who spoke good English. They accommodated my need to check-out 3 hours later at no extra cost. The room was clean and comfortable.
On arrival I found the backyard view of my room full of garbage, which was unpleasant. The staff seemed unprepared;

The hotel provided a central location which was convenient. the staff were helpful and accommodating, especially the gentleman at the reception with the female receptionist who spoke good English. They assisted me with my concerns and queries including providing good recommendations for transport and local attractions. the hotel also allowed for a late check-out without additional charges which was a pleasant gesture.
The hotel suffered from a lack of guests which resulted in a lack of atmosphere and limited breakfast options, with only pho and omelets available. the pool wasn't circulated enough and didn't appear to be maintained, causing the water to turn greenish.
